YouTube user MikeMikeCharlieBravo made a superb vid of a Boeing 757 landing at MHTG (Tegucigalpa-Toncontin Honduras). The approach to runway 02 is pretty challenging. It requires a 180° turn to avoid terrain, followed by a steep descent to the TDZ, which is located not far upwind from a sizeable hill.
I wanted to fly the approach in X-Plane and experiment with using the original video's engine sounds which are pretty thrilling. This video is the result of trying to merge RL audio with X-Plane video.

What better location to showcase the new XPFW Boeing 757-200 than Telluride, Colorado? This is beta 3.3 of this incredible aircraft.
Thanks to Gary Winfield for the great aGRWest Scenery Package, and to Gustavo Santaolalla for the haunting track from Brokeback Mountain.
What better location to show off the X-Plane Freeware Project's Boeing 752 than Telluride, Colorado? This is beta 3.3 of XPFW's fantastic new aircraft.
A short promotional vid for the 4 March 2007 X-Plane.org fly-in at Tegucigalpa, Honduras (MHTG).
To celebrate the innauguration of the new EagleAir DHC-6-300 Twin Otter, I took it for a spin from Esbjerg (EKEB), Denmark to the Danish oil fields. Afterward, I flew about 70 miles southeast to the carrier USS John C. Stennis where I landed, refueled, and hopped back to Esbjerg. This is one bitchen aircraft!
One of my earliest attempts at integrating music with my X-Plane videos. I performed a manual landing of a B744 on Possession Island in the South Indian Ocean. Interesting only from the standpoint of comparison with my later videos.
An example of how X-Plane models wake turbulence. A Boeing-744 landing at Kai Tak (VHXX) only 30 seconds after another heavy goes through the chute. This was during a P2P flight with Speedbird.
A tribute to Kai Tak International. Once a major Asian airport and the principal port of entry to Hong Kong, Kai Tak is now closed. The amazing VHXX IGS 13 approach will always be remembered by aviation and flightsim enthusiasts. Download the original QuickTime video here:
